Must possess thorough knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance carrier guidelines as well as insurance benefit plans, member eligibility and payment responsibility. Ability to understand medical EOB’s and rejections/denials. Experience with EHR/EMR system software, CPC Certification, and accounting background in AR/ credits/refunds desired.
